I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; Derick had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Derick is extremely down to earth and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him until the man retires, maybe beyond that. I have been in my home for a little over two weeks now and I love it. Ask Francis colonial mortgage before buying your first home.
